Self-Storage and Commercial Development Planned in Nocatee, FL

The PARC Group is advancing plans for a mixed-use development in the Nocatee master-planned community, including an 11,875-square-foot commercial building and an 89,000-square-foot self-storage facility. St. Johns County is reviewing project plans for “Project Adventure Retail,” submitted on June 25. The PARC Group made a service availability inquiry with JEA on May 27. Sonoc Company LLC of Jacksonville owns the 2.66-acre site at southeast Adventure Trail and Crosswater Parkway. Jacksonville-based Blackstone Engineering is the civil engineer.
