Madison Capital Markets Group, a real estate investment and development firm that operates the Go Store It Self Storage brand, has closed its $21 million Delaware Statutory Trust focused on self-storage assets in Texas. Developer Plans to Expand Self-Storage Facility in Englewood, CO

The owner of a self-storage facility in Englewood wants to expand his business. Joey Madden, president of MSC Englewood LLC and owner of Extra Space Storage located at 360 W. National Road in Englewood, in the former K-Mart building, is seeking city approval to expand the storage facility and develop additional retail and public space. Self Storage Facility Plans Move Forward in Frankfort, IL

At its Monday meeting, the Frankfort Village Board approved special use permits for a self-storage facility at 145 Industry Ave. The business, All Purpose Storage Frankfort LLC, will construct four buildings, Trustee Adam Borrelli said. The buildings will be 32,200 square feet in an I-2 general industrial district. “These buildings will complement the existing non-conforming storage facility, which currently consists of eight storage buildings,” Borrelli said.
