The Town of Newburgh Planning Board granted conditional approval for the Newburgh Elite Self Storage project at its March 6 meeting. Conditions of approval include addressing technical comments from MHE Engineering regarding storm-water management, signage, driveway reconfiguration, site access, security, and fees recommended by the planning board attorney. The project, located at 7 Paffendorf Drive, is proposed for a 9.2-acre parcel and includes four self-storage buildings totaling approximately 56,700 square feet.
