Located in Central Texas, this 6-property portfolio contains 155,765 rentable sq. ft. The portfolio’s 24.05 acres are well-positioned in the trade area. Liam Duddy, Director of Investment Sales for Storage Exchange, facilitated the sale of all 6 locations.
Xtra Space Self Storage:
Located near Prescott Regional Airport in Chino Valley, AZ, the 48,475 sq. ft. facility sits on a 10-acre parcel with room for expansion. The seller was represented in the transaction by Parker Johnson, Associate, and Hunter Molnar, Managing Director, for Storage Exchange.
Bedico Storage:
With great visibility from Louisiana Highway 22, this 35,550 sq. ft. facility includes an additional 2 acres of vacant land for expansion. Taylor Cahn, VP of Investment Sales for Storage Exchange, facilitated the sale on behalf of the seller.
Whaley Street Storage:
