Hernandez Development has announced that its new self-storage facility is now open in Bolingbrook, according to a release from the business.
The Bolingbrook CubeSmart Self-Storage is a Class A, 3-story facility that is 100,182 square feet, and offers 816 climate-controlled units, the business said. It is located at 509 E. Boughton Road.
“The foresight and efficiency of the Mayor, Community Development Director, and the planning and zoning commission, along with the diverse culture and variety of industries in the area, have drawn us to the village of Bolingbrook,” said Hernandez Development President Alex Hernandez. “They understood the need for the self-storage product for their residents and allowed us to design a very attractive building that resembles an office structure while adding a valuable commodity to the village in a space that has been vacant land for over 50 years.”
“We successfully leveraged our strengths to identify the need and secure the land to create long-term value for the community and our investors,” said Robert Cerrone, Senior Vice President of Hernandez Development.
