Designed by Galloway & Company, an architecture, engineering, and surveying firm based in Denver, and constructed by Waner Construction, the three-story building houses 832 units, as well as nine additional XL units for RVs and boats. The facility features superior materials and construction methods and is recognized not only as a high-quality self-storage facility but also as a Class A building for the Silverthorne community.
