Bellomy & Co. announced the sale of a five property portfolio of self storage facilities in the Dallas / Fort Worth MSA. The class “A” facilities were built to the highest of institutional quality standards and included extra land for immediate expansions of the properties. The portfolio totaled 1,736 units and 329 parking spots spread over 278,840 rentable square feet. The properties are located in the fast growing cities of Aubrey, Crowley and Wylie.
