Andover Properties, a real estate investment firm focused on alternative asset classes, such as self-storage, acquired Storage King USA (at 13397 Camino Real) on December 5.
The property, located at 13397 Camino Real, has 68,400 square feet of drive-up storage and covered recreational vehicle spaces. According to a news release, Andover Properties will be expanding the facility by adding 100,000 square feet due to a “growing demand.”
