Suffolk City Council gave the green light for the construction of a new self-storage facility on Holland Rd. during the Wednesday, July 17 meeting. The request to establish the self-storage facility located on the 2100 block of Holland Rd. was approved unanimously. U-Haul is expanding its metro Dallas portfolio with a new self-storage facility in Denton, Texas. MYCON General Contractors broke ground on the 127,205-square-foot development, marking it the seventh project with U-Haul. The facility is set for completion in March 2025. Plans call for three buildings—a 28,639-square-foot pre-engineered metal structure for U-Box storage, a four-story, 89,512-square-foot self-storage facility and a 2,400-square-foot drive-up storage unit.
