Basis Industrial, a real estate owner and operator based in Boca Raton, Florida, has officially opened a new construction self-storage facility in Plymouth, Massachusetts. The 111,000-square-foot, three-story facility features 806 climate-controlled units, advanced security systems, and other amenities. Basis Industrial acquired the land for the facility in November 2021 and completed the project in about 16 months. The facility will be managed by a third-party operator, Public Storage.
