An 82,000-square-foot CubeSmart self-storage facility developed by Skinner Bros. Realty and The Silverfield Group is open at Village Center in Wildlight, the master-planned development near Yulee in Nassau County.
A news release from Wildlight said Skinner Bros. Realty also added two more retail tenants: Icon Golf Cars and Great Clips.
“We aim to deliver quality services and products that not only provide value for Wildlight residents, but strengthen the local community,” Chet Skinner, vice president of Skinner Bros. Realty, said in the release.
“We planned the Wildlight community with thoughtful intention and purpose. Since the inception of our partnership, Skinner Bros. Realty continues to add value with their products, reinforcing the vibrant community lifestyle that is the cornerstone of Wildlight,” Wes Hinton, vice president of Wildlight, said in the release.
The first self-storage facility within the Wildlight master-planned community, CubeSmart comprises 550 climate-controlled units ranging from 20 square feet to 300 square feet on the south side of Florida 200, south of the Publix shopping center on William Burgess Boulevard.
Icon Golf Cars and Great Clips complete the multitenant retail complex at 40 and 20 Homegrown Way respectively.
In 2018 Skinner Bros. Realty began developing the commercial complex, which totals more than 20,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space in two buildings.
The new tenants join Firehouse Subs, Tasty’s Fresh Burgers and Fries, Cold Stone Creamery, Anejo Cocina Mexicana and T-Mobile.
Wildlight is being developed by Raydient Places + Properties, a taxable subsidiary of Rayonier Inc., a real estate investment trust.
