Jeff Gorden, CCIM has been a top producing broker since 2003. He has been active in commercial real estate for over a decade with experience in retail, office, industrial, and self-storage properties. Jeff is an advocate for community stewardship serving as the Chairman of the Chandler Board of Adjustment, previously as Chairman of the Chandler Leadership Institute, and as a member of several industry groups such as the National Association of Realtors, CCIM Institute, and currently the President of the Arizona Self Storage Association. Jeff earned degrees from both Temple University and the University of South Florida and has held the prestigious CCIM designation since 2007.
Donnie Dodson, an associate at The Gorden Group, specializes in advising institutional and private investors on the acquisition and sale of self-storage assets in the Southwest. He graduated with a degree in Finance with a specialization in Real Estate from Arizona State University’s WP Carey School of Business. Donnie’s expertise lies in commercial underwriting, exceptional client service, and effective marketing strategies, all of which he leverages to best serve his self-storage clients in the Southwest market. Already in his young career, he has been involved in over $75 million in self-storage transactions. Beyond real estate, he enjoys travelling within the US and abroad, as well as playing golf and hiking under the warm Phoenix sun.
