Tom Flannigan is the director of investment services with KW Commercial in Minneapolis, MN. He
has been involved with commercial real estate since 2012 and has established himself as an
expert in self storage. Tom has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth in
economics and financial markets finance and is licensed to sell real estate in Minnesota and
North Dakota. A lifetime resident of Minnesota, Tom has an in depth knowledge and
understanding of the area and longstanding relationships within the community. He focuses on
adding value to his clients and finding unique solutions to help clients achieve their goals. Tom
takes pride in representing local owners in the acquisition and disposition of self storage
facilities.
Alex Ihrke is the director of operations for the Argus Self Storage Advisors of Minnesota, Iowa and North Dakota. He has been involved in real estate and self storage investment sales for
over three years, providing a wealth of knowledge and experience to clients. Alex graduated from
the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in
finance. Alex leverages his real estate and financial background to offer value to both urban
and rural self storage owners.
Matt Haugen has been working on investment real estate transactions since 2013 and has
established himself as an expert in self storage. As a member of KW Commercial Minneapolis
and Argus Self Storage Advisors, Matt takes pride in helping clients achieve their goals.
A “Twin Cities” native and resident, Matt enjoys spending his summers at his cabin in
Zimmerman. When he’s not working on self storage transactions, he enjoys fishing, hunting and hiking in Northern Minnesota.
