Janus International Group Makes Organizational Realignment Within Nokē, Inc. to Support Next Stage of Growth

Alessandro Araldi Named President of Nokē, Inc. and Head of Janus Corporate Strategy, Sanjay Khinvasara named Nokē, Inc. Senior Vice President of Engineering, and Christine DeBord named Nokē, Inc. Chief Commercial Officer

Janus International Group, Inc (NYSE: JBI) (“Janus” or the “Company”), a leading provider of cutting-edge access control technologies and building product solutions for the self storage and other commercial and industrial sectors, today announced the organizational realignment within Nokē, Inc. (“Nokē”) to support continued growth and accelerate future development. The changes include the appointment of Alessandro Araldi as Nokē’s President and Janus’s head of Corporate Strategy, Sanjay Khinvasara as Nokē’s. Senior Vice President of Engineering, and Christine DeBord as Nokē’s Chief Commercial Officer. The organizational realignment within Nokē will allow Janus to separate the operational and customer-facing sectors of the business which will position Nokē for the next stage of growth.

Reporting directly to the Company’s CEO, Ramey Jackson, Alessandro Araldi brings over two decades of experience, featuring a record of innovating and commercializing building technologies on a global scale. Araldi joins Janus from Honeywell International (NASDAQ: HON), where he held leadership roles in high-growth business lines, including Honeywell Building Technologies and Honeywell Security Group, to successfully grow and deliver strong returns across multibillion-dollar product portfolios. Prior to Honeywell, Araldi supported the funding and development of early-stage tech companies as a Partner at CSK Venture Capital. Earlier in his career, Araldi served as Head of Product Development at Texas Instruments (NASDAQ: TXN) and as a member of The Boston Consulting Group’s High-Tech and Telecom practice. Araldi’s appointment and expertise will position Nokē to continue to grow in the ever-changing technology market.

Sanjay Khinvasara joins Janus from Fiserv, where he held positions as Vice President of Product Development, Strategic Programs Leader, and Senior Director of Delivery and Engagement. Khinvasara brings over 20 years of technical experience in Product Software Delivery and has received over 30 leadership awards for outstanding achievement.

Christine DeBord continues her leadership within the organization with her newly appointed role. Joining Janus in 2018, DeBord has been an instrumental asset, serving in various leadership roles throughout the company. In her new position, DeBord will oversee Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support functions for Nokē and Nokē Smart Entry. DeBord will lead the charge in expanding Sales and Marketing efforts to support continued growth and accelerate future development.
