A new self-storage facility is being built in south Laredo and is projected to open this summer.
According to a permit filed last week with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, a project called “Self Storage” began construction on Aug. 28, 2023 and is projected to be completed by July 28, 2024.
The self-storage facility covers 75,000 square feet which includes storage units and an office. It is being built at 210 Cuatro Vientos Rd. The facility has an estimated cost of $1.5 million.
The self-storage facility is owned by Manok Investments in Laredo. It is being designed by NOMA Design Studio in McAllen.
