Quinlan Development has completed a 95,200-square-foot self-storage facility in Budd Lake, N.J. The Class A property is operated by Extra Space Storage. The development team included design firm Ware Malcomb and Gerard Construction, which provided general contracting services. St. Johns County is reviewing project plans for “Project Adventure Retail,” submitted on June 25. The PARC Group made a service availability inquiry with JEA on May 27.
