- When the Applicant owns more than 50% of another business, the Applicant and the other business are affiliated.
- Does a business that owns more than 50% of the applicant also own more than 50% of another business that operates in the same 3-digit NAICS subsector as the applicant?
- Only when no business or individual owns more than 50% of the applicant do we look at owners that own 20% or more of the Applicant.
- Only when no business or individual owns more than 50% of the applicant, do we look at owners that own 20% or more of the Applicant.
