StorQuest Self Storage has embarked on a significant creative partnership with environmental nonprofits and sustainability-minded surfers. This collaboration, designed to celebrate International Surfing Day, was marked by an Eco Surfboard Giveaway. The aim was to ignite conversations about sustainability within the surfing world and beyond. StorQuest brought together a team that included the nonprofit SeaTrees, a leading organization in marine ecosystem restoration, Sustainable Surf, a pioneer in sustainable surfing practices, and renowned action sports influencer Abe Kislevitz and surfboard shaper Ryan Harris.
The fortunate winner of the giveaway contest, Ryan Whitener, is now the exclusive owner of an extraordinary eco-friendly surfboard. This one-of-a-kind board is crafted from discarded Wavestorm boards, bio-epoxy resin, and upcycled fin boxes, showcasing the pinnacle of sustainability and innovation in adventure sports.
The participants in the giveaway, embodying the adventurous spirit that StorQuest champions, were not just winners but also ambassadors for a greener planet. Their participation was a testament to the company’s ability to engage audiences through interesting and entertaining content for meaningful causes, inspiring others to follow in their footsteps.
