Empire Construction & Development built a new 386-unit self-storage facility in Bend’s Larkspur neighborhood. The storage facility features 8-foot-by-8-foot and 10-foot-by-10-foot units, along with a self-service kiosk, security system, access monitoring, and interface login.
Project manager Connor Stephenson wrote in an email that the goal of the Logsden Street storage is to provide privacy and convenience.
Empire Construction & Development has built over 50 construction projects in Central Oregon that range from industrial business parks and commercial buildings to residential homes. Empire broke ground in October 2024 and completed the project a year later, in October 2025.
