A new storage service is available on the Isle of Wight.
Isle Store, based in Cowes, says it is the first on the Island to offer a hybrid of traditional self-storage and a modern “by the box” valet storage service.
The service aims to help customers who do not require full-sized storage units, such as students, renters, and those downsizing.

A spokesman for Isle Store said: “We wanted to bring a service to the Island that has been popular in major cities for years but was missing here.
“Not everyone has a car to transport heavy boxes to a warehouse, and not everyone needs a 50sq ft room just to store their winter wardrobe or university books.
“We’ve made it simple. You pay a single flat charge per box.
“It’s cheaper, easier, and perfect for anyone looking to declutter without the hassle.”
Customers can order storage boxes online, which are then delivered to their door, or use their own.
Once packed, Isle Store collects the boxes and stores them at its secure facility.
