We look forward to starting construction with a view to completing it in Q1 2024, in-turn bringing inward investment and new jobs for local people. There are also local amenities and public transport within walking distance, benefiting employees and customers.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Jonathan Holland, senior fund manager for LGIM Real Assets, added: \u201cSustainability has played a major factor in our plans for Prime Park which we know is important to occupiers.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u201c<span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The scheme will be very energy efficient incorporating ground source heat pumps, photo voltaic panels (PVs), LED lighting and electric and vehicle charging for cars and vans.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Kenny Allan, of Birmingham property agency KWB, is joint letting agent for the development with Mark Fitzpatrick of Johnson Fellows.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Allan said: \u201cPrime Park will have a truly unique location in the busy suburb of Hamstead with excellent roadside prominence, transport connectivity and high volumes of passing traffic.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u201c<span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">This is the first speculative development in the area for years and will help answer the huge demand for warehouse space, as demonstrated by the lettings we\u2019ve secured before construction has even started.
