Cinch Self Storage has opened a new site in Essex offering 55,000 sq ft of lettable space.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n The Cinch Storage Brentwood facility opens following the conversion of an industrial unit, and the store has been equipped with security features and amenities across its 500-plus units.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n The store will also provide more than 2,000 sq ft of small office space.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Cinch Storage has facilities in Enfield, Sittingbourne, Bicester, Brighton, Chippenham, Gillingham, Huntingdon, Leighton Buzzard, Letchworth, Mitcham, Newbury, and Newmarket.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n The Brentwood facility is Cinch Storage’s second store to open in 2023, with a further five sites planned to launch later this year.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Cinch Storage was launched in 2018 by co-founders Richard Owen and Joshua Nimmo, and now employs more than 40 full-time staff.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Richard Owen, co-founder of Cinch Storage, said: “Cinch Storage has become a go-to choice for entrepreneurs and SMEs to establish their businesses, with our units perfect for small offices, workshops, stock rooms or retail show rooms, and we look forward to welcoming local businesses into our Brentwood branch.”<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Joshua Nimmo, co-founder of Cinch Storage, added: “Located so centrally in the heart of Brentwood with easy access to A12 and M25 motorways was a real draw for us.
