A new \u00a33.5 million self-storage and business complex has officially opened.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Squab Storage has opened its new 32,000 sq ft complex based in Atex Business Park in Stowmarket.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Squab centres offer storage for companies and individuals – but also act as \u2018hubs\u2019 for companies in a range of sectors through its Squab workspace service. <\/span><\/span><\/span>The company says this offers flexible accommodation to support growth, amenities, and on-site business support services.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Squab currently has centres in Leamington, Evesham and Rubery in the West Midlands which are home to more than 200 businesses across the three sites.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

It has also just announced the purchase of a site in Bridgwater, Somerset, and will begin a \u00a31.5 million renovation of the property this summer.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
