A business centre and self-storage company has completed the purchase of a site in Warwick to support its expansion.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Squab Storage, which has its headquarters in Leamington, has purchased a site at Tournament Fields Business Park and will have invested close to \u00a33.5m in the facility once it has been converted to a self-storage operation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Squab currently has centres in Leamington, Evesham and Rubery in the West Midlands, as well as Stowmarket, in Suffolk. It has also purchased a site in Bridgwater, Somerset, which is set to launch at the end of 2023.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The internal fit-out is expected to begin this summer which will see the creation of about 50,000 sq ft of self-storage.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Alex Henney, a director of Squab, said: “We are extremely pleased to complete the purchase of our new site at Tournament Fields as we continue to grow our service offering in South Warwickshire.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

“Our Leamington site is beginning to reach full capacity, and we already have a customer base from the Warwick area, so our new site will complement our existing operations and help us cater for any additional demand.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

“We will be delivering almost 50,000 sq ft of self-storage, as well as providing flexible and bespoke accommodation as well as amenities and support to SMEs in a range of sectors.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

“In Leamington alone we are home to an extremely diverse range of businesses \u2013 including those utilising units for face-to-face operations such as a golf simulator business, an antenatal and postnatal hub and a swimming training and coaching business.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

“This is another significant investment for us at Squab, and we look forward to welcoming and supporting our customers in Warwick when we launch at the end of the year.”<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
