A further phase of development will come forward at a later date. The project was first reported by LBN in January.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Redsun director Nick Wightman said: \u201cMerseyside Pension Fund\u2019s commitment to our project has enabled us to get underway with the delivery of this scheme.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u201c<span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">This is one of the most prominent development sites on the Wirral so we\u2019re very pleased to be bringing this forward. We have a strong early interest in the remaining available units and have received a number of inquiries for the future phase on a build-to-suit basis.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">The project team for the development includes Fletcher Rae (architects), Langton Development Services (PM), Link Engineering (engineering), and KGA (M&amp;E).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Merseyside Pension Fund chair, Cllr Julie McManus, added: \u201cMerseyside Pension Fund is committed to enhancing regeneration, development and local employment opportunities as well as facilitating commercial returns at prudent risks for our members.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u201c<span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">This latest Catalyst Fund loan is a testament to that. We\u2019re delighted to have provided a loan for this development, which closely aligns with the fund criteria.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">B8 and Legat Owen are joint letting agents for the scheme. Gastonomy Foods and LokNStore represented themselves. CBRE is the retained adviser for Merseyside Pension Fund.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Located off the A41 New Chester Road, the Croft retail and leisure park already comprise 450,000 sq ft of space.
