Lok\u2019n\u2019Store, the Hampshire-based provider of self-storage space, has purchased the Birch Road in Eastbourne from Alfa Laval Ltd.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Flude Property Consultants oversaw the deal, the total price amounted to \u00a35.25 million. Alfa Laval sold the site as part of a relocation and property modernization strategy.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n The property comprises 83,000 sq ft of industrial, warehouse and office buildings on a 3.48 acre site. Lok\u2019n\u2019Store were chosen as the preferred purchaser and proved to be a very reliable, proactive and pragmatic purchaser in addressing various issues that arose during the sale process.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
