The site was acquired for an undisclosed sum.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The site provides a repurposed retail space that once housed Carpet Right, Harveys, and HSS Hire. The warehouse will be transformed into a multipurpose storage centre providing more than 60,000 square feet of lettable space. The new storage facility will support the self-storage needs of students, households and commercial customers.
