Flexiss Group, the Cheshire-based independent self-storage and flexi-space provider, has expanded through the opening of three new storage facilities across its SureStore and The Self Storage Company brands, and the acquisition of Scott Storage in Lincoln, for an undisclosed sum.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

SureStore Gloucester, a former cinema, developed in partnership with investment firm Seneca Partners, demonstrates an expansion into new territory as the first SureStore site to branch out to the west of the country to solidify dominance as one of the UK\u2019s most prevalent self-storage groups, said Flexiss.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The state-of-the-art facility features a comprehensive array of storage solutions such as home storage, business storage, student storage lockers, and last-mile logistics services, all accessible through advanced smart keyless access technology.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

SureStore Stoke, located in a prime location on the Festival Heights Retails Park, just outside the city centre, was created in collaboration with ReAssure. The site, based in a former health club, sets a new benchmark for self-storage in the region.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The facility offers a diverse range of storage options, including home storage, business storage, student storage lockers, office space, and three retail units, making it a comprehensive solution for local businesses.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Self Storage Company Aston, developed in partnership with Schroders, is another impressive addition to the Flexiss Group\u2019s portfolio.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

A former retail space, this facility is a significant step forward for The Self Storage Company brand, featuring an impressive new reception area, the first of its kind for the brand under Flexiss Management and strategically located as the first of the TSSC sites outside the Greater London area.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

All newly developed sites also benefit from Smart Keyless Access for enhanced security, as well as PV solar panels and EV car charging as standard, reflecting the company\u2019s commitment to adopting greener energy solutions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The strategic acquisition of the formerly family-run Scott Storage further enhances group\u2019s market position, it said, enabling the company to expand its reach across the UK.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Currently offering crate and container storage, the purpose built site on the outskirts of Lincoln will continue to run the budget-friendly proposition until a full SureStore rebrand is under way in early 2025.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
