The London-listed company said its building division would lead a \u00a353m redevelopment project at 30-33 Sloane Street for Cadogan.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

It said the project would involve retaining the historic fa\u00e7ade while constructing a new six-level building featuring luxury retail units, category-A office space, and a rooftop restaurant.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In a separate \u00a334m contract, Galliford Try said it would build a 133,000-square-foot mixed-use facility for Big Yellow Self Storage in Wapping.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The development would include a self-storage facility, flexible offices, a business hub, and workspace accommodation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
