The site is located to the west of the M25, within the South-East region, adjacent to London \u2013 an area known for its strong connectivity and growing demand for storage solutions<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Its location near several Shurgard stores will strengthen our operational integration and build further scale.
