Wilmslow-based self-storage business, Flexiss Group and US-based Compound Real Estate have announced a \u00a3300m strategic partnership to deliver a landmark self-storage portfolio across London and key towns around the M25.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Comporter Portfolio will be a collection of best-in-class, new-build self-storage assets located in strategic, affluent and densely populated markets.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

With a shared vision to set a new benchmark for quality in the sector, the partnership has already secured five landmark sites and has two additional locations under offer, representing more than 500,000 sq ft of Net Lettable Area (NLA).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Designed to set a new standard for the sector, the portfolio will showcase Flexiss\u2019s next-generation technology, sustainability, and customer experience.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

All Comporter assets will operate under the SureStore brand, already recognised for its market-leading service and innovation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Each facility will feature smartphone-enabled access and cloud-based security, offering customers frictionless entry and enhanced safety.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The entire platform is targeting BREEAM Excellent or Outstanding standards and is committed to achieving a 100% Net Zero Carbon operational footprint.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The initial sites include high-profile locations next to Ladymead Retail Park in Guildford and Peckham Road in London, offering unmatched visibility, immense catchment and untapped demand, said the business.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The first sites in Tunbridge Wells and Milton Keynes are set to open this year, with the full portfolio \u2013 including sites in Guildford, Barnet and Peckham \u2013 opening by early 2027.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
