Pink Storage has moved into Nottingham with the \u00a31.1m purchase of local self-storage site StoreWise.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n The deal is part of a wider \u00a31.47m investment aimed at upgrading the 1.3-acre facility to match the company\u2019s tech-focused model.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Planned improvements include 150 additional storage units, resurfaced roads, ANPR technology, 24\/7 CCTV, and online sign-up with PIN-code access.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n The site remains open throughout the works, which are due to finish by September 2025.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Around 100 existing StoreWise customers will be transferred to Pink Storage\u2019s digital platform, and the former owner\u2019s long-serving site manager will also stay on in the same role.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Scott Evans, CEO and Founder of Pink Storage, said: \u201cThis acquisition is the latest step toward becoming the UK\u2019s most accessible and technologically advanced self-storage provider.
