A storage facility part of a multi-million pound development has officially opened in Wisbech.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The town’s mayor, Cllr Janet Tanfield, was at the opening of Cinch in Cromwell Road to perform the ribbon-cutting ceremony.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Cinch is located on what is known as the Century Place development, a \u00a37million project completed by Urban Associates.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The self-storage business is located next to a newly opened Starbucks on the site, which was previously a redundant horticultural nursery.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Starbucks officially opened last week.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Cinch was handing out goodie bags to customers and potential clients at Thursday’s opening.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The firm has also offered much-needed storage space to the Alan Hudson Day Treatment Centre free of charge, and Toni Bird, the Wisbech centre’s fundraising champion, was at the opening to receive the keys.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Those at the ceremony were given a tour of the state-of-the-art building, which boasts a high-tech security system to ensure stored items are safe.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The development also includes a car park for Starbucks, which has outside seating and electric vehicle charging points.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

There is separate parking for the self-storage area.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
