Resorts brand, with celebrity chef Jason Atherton heading up fine-dining restaurant The Betterment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The concept closed during the pandemic and was rebranded to the more casual Caf\u00e9 Biltmore in April 2021.
