A Storage facility has opened at the former Matalan premises on Southampton Road.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Here Self Storage, which already operated in Loughborough and Northampton, opened its Salisbury branch after converting the former retail unit.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n A spokesperson said: \u201cHere Self Storage has opened in Salisbury, bringing a modern, secure and sustainable storage experience.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cLocated on Southampton Road, the new 67,000-square-foot site offers flexible storage solutions for both personal and business use.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cDesigned with convenience and security in mind, the facility features a clean, contemporary layout and advanced access systems.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cHere, Self Storage offers a variety of unit sizes, flexible contracts, 24\/7 access via a smartphone app, and state-of-the-art security, including individual alarms and CCTV monitoring.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cSustainability is central to the design, with energy-efficient solar panels and a tree planted for every new customer through the company\u2019s partnership with Tree App.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n The storage facility was given planning permission in December last year.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n It is now preparing to open dozens of \u2018drive-up\u2019 units on November 1, offering 24-hour access, CCTV, and on-site staff to help customers.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n The Here Self Storage website says the business offers storage for personal and business use, plus specialist solutions for students.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
