A Midlands self-storage company has expanded with an acquisition supported by PKF Smith Cooper. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Storagely, a relatively new entrant to the market, has purchased U Can Store It – Coventry, adding to its sites in Dudley and Preston. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The acquisition of U Can Store It \u2013 Coventry marks the first step in Storagely’s growth plan to establish itself as a key regional player in the self-storage market.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Corporate Finance team at PKF Smith Cooper acted as lead adviser to the shareholders of Storagely. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Jack Dunn, finance director at Storagely, said: “The PKF Team were supportive throughout the process and played a pivotal role in identifying this opportunity. Their sector knowledge was invaluable, and I would highly recommend them to any owners seeking expansion.”<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
