The transaction has a value of <\/span><\/span><\/span>NOK 4.6 million<\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Self Storage Group will develop the plot into a <\/span><\/span><\/span>purpose-built self-storage facility<\/span><\/span><\/span> with a potential lettable area of <\/span><\/span><\/span>2000 square meters (21,527.82 Sq. ft.)<\/span><\/span><\/span>. The facility is projected to open in <\/span><\/span><\/span>2023<\/span><\/span><\/span>, and will be <\/span><\/span><\/span>operated<\/span><\/span><\/span> under<\/span><\/span><\/span> the <\/span><\/span><\/span>City Self Storage <\/span><\/span><\/span>brand.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Sarpsborg\/Fredrikstad region is the 5th largest metropolitan area in Norway. This acquisition is in line with our strategy to grow our freehold portfolio in selected markets.
