The property has a potential lettable area of 1550 square meters. The facility is projected to open in Q2 2023 and will be operated under the OK Minilager brand.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><em>&#8220;The property is located in Fossegrenda, just south of Trondheim City center. This is a central location, close to major residential and student housing areas in Trondheim. With this investment SSG is strengthening our number one position in Trondheim, Norway\u00b4s 3<sup>rd<\/sup> largest city. This acquisition is in line with our strategy to grow our freehold portfolio in selected markets.
