The transaction is expected to be closed during the 1st quarter of 2022.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The property is a section in the same building where SSG owns and operates an existing facility under the City Self Storage brand.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><em>\u201cWith this acquisition SSG will get ownership of the whole building, enabling additional expansion of the facility. With this investment we will strengthen our position as market leader in the \u00d8stfold Region, in line with our strategy to grow our freehold portfolio in selected markets.
