The combination of our store location and accessibility is again a great benefit for these customers.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Thanks to its e-RENTAL solution and its self-storage expert teams \u2013 Shurgard had also already secured many customer contracts in the weeks leading to the physical opening date of the facility. This project reinforces our leadership position in the Paris region with 42 properties inside Paris and its inner and outer suburbs (more than 200,000 of net rentable sqm).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Shurgard has also four other projects in the pipeline for the region \u2013 representing more than 20,000 net sqm (or 10% of its existing presence in the area): one property in Lagny (east of Paris) set to open in 2022 and three other properties for which regular building permit processes are ongoing.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">About Shurgard:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Shurgard is the largest provider of self storage in Europe.
