The interest and results achieved are a testament to the continued strong demand for high-quality self-storage assets.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Nathan Coe, Gabriel Coe and Brett Hatcher, investment specialists in Marcus &amp; Millichap\u2019s\u00a0 Columbus\u00a0office, in association with\u00a0Thomas Shihadeh, Marcus &amp; Millichap\u2019s\u00a0New Hampshire\u00a0broker of record, marketed the property on behalf of the seller,\u00a0a local developer out of North Shore Boston.\u00a0U-Haul\u00a0purchased\u00a0the property.<\/p>\n<p>The facility is located at 1477 Lake Shore Rd. near Lake Winnipesaukee, Beach Club Village and Paugus Bay. Phase I was completed in 2024, featuring 39,917 net rentable square feet across 512 climate-controlled units.
