It already operates a 4,861-square-foot location developed in 2011 on almost 4 acres at 8240 Merrill Road, about a mile west of the Buck Business Park site and west of I-295 and the Southside Connector.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1062\" src=\"http:\/\/listselfstorage.com\/us\/industry-insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/349411_standard-660x365.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"660\" height=\"365\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Communications Manager Liz Howell said in August 2018 the Fort Caroline location would be in addition to the Merrill Road store.<\/p>\n<p>RaceTrac sold the property to Merrill Road Storage Inc. of Ponte Vedra Beach. The company develops self storage projects.<\/p>\n<p>The site is near the 83-unit Deer Run townhouse community under construction by D.R.
