The City Commission of the City of Weston has granted an affiliate of H&M Development unanimous Site Plan approval for the development of a State of the Art, Class-A, Climate-Controlled Self-Storage facility with 116,062 SF. H&M is expected to break ground in Q3 of 2026.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n The property currently has an unused maintenance building that previously served the Bonaventure Golf Club.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cThis use is a great fit for the location of the site, as it fronts I-75 and has no neighboring residential communities. We are looking forward to breaking ground,\u201d said Joey Dornbusch, Vice President at H&M Development.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Daniel Masveyraud, Principal at H&M Development, commented \u201cSelf-Storage supply per capita is low in this sub-market, so there is a very significant need for additional class-a self-storage space.
