ARCO recently completed a 139,608-square-foot, multi-story self-storage facility in Sylmar, California, for repeat client Banner Real Estate Group, a fully integrated real estate company specializing in the acquisition, development, and management of multifamily and self-storage assets nationwide.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Located in the San Fernando Valley submarket of Los Angeles, the state-of-the-art facility was designed to meet growing demand for modern, secure storage solutions in the region. The project includes approximately 1,155 square feet of office space and a total of 1,266 storage units across 11 different unit sizes, including 36 ADA-accessible units.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Constructed with a cold-formed metal framing system and a contemporary metal panel fa\u00e7ade, the fully conditioned facility is designed for both durability and customer comfort.
