Double Horn Storage sits in a heavily supplied Hill Country market at 52.49 square feet per capita, while Bluefin Capital\u2019s Cape May buy landed in one of the tightest markets on the list, with just 2.58 square feet per capita and two competing stores. Rates were equally wide-ranging, from $0.86 per square foot in Poncha Springs to $2.73 per square foot in Chicago.
