He has been instrumental in the development of the company\u2019s proprietary brokerage infrastructure, designed to enhance investment visibility, streamline execution, and deliver efficient, high- certainty transaction outcomes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to his leadership responsibilities, Taylor serves as Vice President of Investment Sales, where he leads a team of investment professionals focused on the acquisition and disposition of self-storage and alternative real estate assets. He works closely with owners and investors to position assets effectively, execute targeted marketing strategies, and drive competitive processes that maximize value.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Taylor brings extensive transaction experience, with more than $150 million in self-storage investments throughout his career. Prior to founding Storage Exchange, he was a Senior Investment Associate at Red Dot Storage, where he gained hands-on experience in acquisitions, asset evaluation, and portfolio strategy within one of the largest private self- storage platforms in the United States.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Taylor\u2019s combination of institutional experience, transaction expertise, and platform innovation positions him as a key driver of the firm\u2019s continued expansion within the self-storage and alternative asset sectors.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
