style=\"font-size: medium;\">Approximately <b>64% of our tenants were women<\/b>, the majority identified as <b>White or Hispanic<\/b>, and nearly all lived within <b>10 to 20 minutes<\/b> of the medium;\">Although every market has its own characteristics, the similarities between our portfolio and the national study reinforced an important point: understanding your local customer base can
