\nPhiladelphia<\/span>\u00a0based self storage operator, Snapbox Self Storage, continues their expansion up and down the East Coast with the acquisition of three early lease-up properties in\u00a0Windsor Mill, MD for an undisclosed price and in <\/span>Fort Lauderdale, FL<\/span>\u00a0and\u00a0Miami, FL for $38 million.<\/span>\u00a0All three properties closed in\u00a0December 2021<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Snapbox Self Storage –\u00a0Windsor Mill<\/span><\/a><\/u>, is located at 2760 Lord Baltimore Drive,\u00a0Windsor Mill, MD<\/span>, in the\u00a0Windsor Mill<\/span>\u00a0neighborhood. Positioned in a great location and close to nearby cities\u00a0Woodlawn<\/span>,\u00a0Lochearn<\/span>,\u00a0Randallstown<\/span>,\u00a0Catonsville<\/span>,\u00a0Millford Mill<\/span>\u00a0and near\u00a0Western Baltimore<\/span>. The 103,000 square-foot Class-A property with over 1,100 storage units was built in 2020 and is a drive-through climate controlled building. The facility was acquired from a local developer.<\/p>\n

Snapbox Self Storage – Poinciana<\/a><\/u>, is located at 1401 SW 1st Ave,\u00a0Fort Lauderdale, FL<\/span>, in the Poinciana Park neighborhood and serving nearby neighborhoods Las Olas, Rio Vista, Harbordale, Croissant Park, Melrose Manors and Edgewood. Only a 15 minute drive to the\u00a0Fort Lauderdale<\/span>\u00a0beach,\u00a0Fort Lauderdale<\/span>\u00a0International Airport and the surrounding towns of\u00a0Plantation<\/span>\u00a0and\u00a0Davie<\/span>\u00a0make this an ideal location. Newly built in 2021, the 74,000 square-foot climate controlled Class-A property has 888 storage units in a variety of sizes. This facility was acquired from a local developer in the area.<\/p>\n

Snapbox Self Storage –\u00a0Aventura<\/span><\/a><\/u>, is located at 19301 W. Dixie Highway,\u00a0Miami, FL<\/span>, serving neighborhoods\u00a0Aventura<\/span>,\u00a0Hallandale Beach<\/span>,\u00a0North Miami Beach<\/span>, Ives Estates and Ojus. With close proximity to the Aventura Mall, Turnberry Isle Country Club, and a short drive to the beach making Snapbox Aventura an ideal place to store your personal belongings, golf clubs, or beach gear. This 82,000 square-foot climate controlled Class-A facility with over 1,000 storage units was built in 2019. This property was acquired from a local developer.<\/p>\n
