The facility will be operated by InSite Development Partners, a Torrance, CA-based self storage developer, operator, and manager. The developer seeks site plan approval for the proposed facility on Route 35.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">InSite builds storage locations under its SecureSpace brand all across the country, including a nearby facility at 1635 Stelton Road in Piscataway. In March, the company opened a facility in Livingston.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The Sayreville Borough Council approved an ordinance that set this redevelopment plan for the former Club Pure property at its August 15 meeting.
