The property will have a secondary right-turn-only exit driveway.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The property, which is moderately wooded, is now owned by Los Angeles-based Wilshire Insurance Enterprises Inc.
